What Does the following Urine Test Result Mean?

hello doctor, i would like to ask your kind advise and interpretation on my urinalysis
color: yellow pus cells: 1-2/hpf
transparency: clear red blood: 4-8/hpf
specific gravity; 1.020 bacteria: few
sugar: neg mucus threads: moderate
protein: neg

Hello

Findings may indicate UTI(urinary tract infection).UTI is indicated due to presence of pus cells,bacteria and RBC urine.
RBC may be due to UTI.
Threads are normally found in urine.

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.
Nitrite test and leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.

Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of water.
You may need alkalizing syrup.
